(Every effort will be made to remove staining but we cannot guarantee their full removal), some spillages can end up as permanent stains due to various factors such as ph levels, temperature, colours etc, staining that has been treated by none professionals with the wrong products can set and made harder to remove, body fluids can attack fibres causing permanent stains, spillages containing natural or synthetic dyes may be permanent,

We will remove furniture we regard as being removable, these should be free from breakables and any heavy weighted objects should also be removed, we will not be held responsible for damage to furniture we are asked to move. Furniture pads will be placed under some furniture legs to protect the carpet from dye transferee or rusting from metal studs, these pads should be removing only when the carpet is fully dry.

The technician should be informed by you the client of any damage or staining to the items being cleaned prior to work being carried out.

Please ensure that there is as little use of the areas being cleaned as possible.

Whilst the technician is working he may need to have trailing pipes and electrical cables running from an outside doorway to the areas being cleaned, please be careful when passing over these items and try to use another outside access if required.

We cannot give exact drying times on items cleaned as different fibres and fabrics dry at different speeds, to speed drying you should allow airflow through rooms and turn on heating during cold spells. Heavily soiled items that require more cleaning passes may take longer periods to dry.

Please ensure that the technician has access to electricity and water

Any offers or vouchers you have should be notified to the technician or the office staff prior to work commencement; only one offer per transaction can be used.

We will carry out all work in a professional manor at all times, giving the best possible service we can using high quality professional procedures and solutions, the success of a cleaning procedure can be limited by various factors i.e. soiling levels, wear and staining, any disputes or complaints regarding the work carried out should be notified to our office within 24hrs.

All written quotations are price guaranteed, prices given over the phone are subject to the correct information given by the client so may vary.

Payment should be made on the day the work is completed unless prior arrangement as been made, cash or cheques are acceptable, a written receipt will be given by the technician.

We will endeavour to arrive at the time stated but this may depend on traffic conditions etc, if we are running late we will try and contact you to let you know.

A cancelation fee may be charged for work cancelled in less than 24hrs, please let us know asap if you need to change your booking dates or times, so we can re arrange the work schedule.
